At the next meeting, the Board will consider the following:

Addition to the section General Rules and Guidelines, Section E, 3, page 15:  TSDA may accept entry fees on a case by case basis, if pre-approved by the TSDA secretary, no less than 30 days prior to the entry open date.   After the trial, the trial host will approve the payback amounts prior to the information being submitted to TSDA for payment. 

Addition to the section General Rules and Guidelines, Section E, 6, page 16:  In the event TSDA accepts the entry fees, the TSDA office fee will apply.
