75+ Entry Fee Payment Fund $1,000 DONATION

$1,000 has been donated by an anonymous donor for the purpose of paying on a first come, first serve basis, trial entry fees for TSDA members 75 years of age or older until such time as the funds are depleted.

75+ Entry Fee Payment Fund Rules:

-Must benefit TSDA Members 75 years or older and may be used to enter TSDA sanctioned trials only.

-TSDA Member must provide Francis (one time only) with a copy of his/her drivers license or other proof of qualified age.

-Fees will be paid on a first come first serve basis, until the funds are depleted.

-Trial hosts accepting payments from the 75+ Entry Fee Payment Fund agree to refund any such payments back to the Fund, provided the trial host receives notice prior to the day of the trial that the qualified member will not be able to attend the trial.

-Anonymous donor has reserved right to change age requirements.

How to apply for payment:

-For TSDA trials for which Francis serves as the trial secretary, the member must submit a standard TDSA Entry Form with fees filled out as normal, but with a prominent notation that the qualified member requests payment of entry fees out of the 75+ Entry Fee Payment Fund.

-For TSDA trials for which Francis is not the trial secretary, fill out the entry form the exact same way as indicated above, but in addition to mailing to trial secretary, mail a copy to Francis with a note requesting that she pay the entry fees out of the 75+ Entry Fee Payment Fund.
