The Board is considering an addition to Section II J, Sanctioning.  Apparently in 2003, the Board voted to limit sanctioning of trials to those located in states which adjoin Texas.  However, the language somehow did not make it into the rules document.  Therefore, the Board is considering adding the following language to prevent any future confusion:  "TSDA will only sanction trials in states which adjoin Texas."
