This is a friendly reminder that tomorrow is the deadline to cancel your entry for the 2024 TSDA Finals. If you plan to cancel, please do so by tomorrow to avoid losing your entry fee.

Additionally, please ensure that your entry fee is submitted to Linda Spindor by tomorrow. Checks must be received by the deadline, or your entry will be deleted. All checks will be deposited on October 14.

Also, please remember to vote for the Director position. Ballots are due by November 8 at noon, but if you can send them in earlier, it will help Linda. She will also accept ballots via email. If you send your ballot via email, Linda will verify your membership status and place your ballot in a plain envelope to protect your privacy. If you need a ballot or have any questions, please ask Linda.

A few more things:

Silent Auction: Always a crowd favorite, we will once again have a silent auction at the Finals, with proceeds going towards the awards banquet. We’ve been working hard to gather donations, but we depend on the support of our members to be successful. Please plan to bring something for the auction – whether it’s handmade, homemade, or store-bought. No donation is too big or too small, and all contributions are genuinely appreciated. If you have any questions, contact our Silent Auction Chair, Jill Miller. Come for the trial but stay and shop!

Online Auction: Stay tuned for TSDA’s first online auction! Look for a note from Taylor Templet soon, highlighting the fabulous items available.

Awards Banquet: We hope you will join us for the Awards Banquet on Saturday night. Please RSVP to Linda and include payment with your entry fees ($10 per person). We want to make sure we have an accurate count for the caterer.
