A day of working dogs for Novice and Ranch handlers is going to be held on May 25, 2019 at 1230 CR 412D, Glen Rose, Texas 76043. Offerings will be the opportunity to pick sheep up off of a horse, pen work for puppies or corrections for older dogs, outruns of 100-400 yards. Yearling, dog broke ewes will be used and ewes with older lambs will be available for those who would like to work on building a dog's confidence. There will also be a few head of cattle for those who want to work on that. Open handlers will be available for training and handling advice. 

The "entry fee" will be a pot luck dish for lunch.  Bring lawn chairs and be prepared for some great fellowship.
