  • Dal Lamphere to judge Open and Gary Scott Open Ranch
  • 1st Open, OR and Nursery trials are Triple Crown.
  • First run is Triple Crown trial in OPen, OR, Nursery.
  • Open Ranch will begin at 11 am.  OR will be on a different field, 300 yd outrun.
  • There will be a straight fetch, no dog leg in Open.
  • Sheep are White Dorper cross range ewe lambs. They all are from one ranch and will be fresh.
  • Running order, O, OR, N. Open ranch starts at 11 am runs.  2 Fields. All classes fee- $60 payback $30. 
  • Three dog limit per handler with a 45 dog limit in the open.
  • Handler meeting at daylight and trial starts at 10 mins. after handlers meeting.
  • Lunch will be served -- no donations.

Location: Take Hwy 59 N from the red light in Bowie, go 5.1 miles, turn left onto Allison Rd and follow road about 1 1/2 miles turn right thru gate, there you are.  Coordinates N33degrees37.383---W097.47.497. 

Hotel Information

We have three motels that are pet friendly and they do charge a pet fee. Travel Inn 940-872-1101 is a small motel at 209 E Wise. $5 per pet fee, $59.99/ single and $62.99/dble and next door to Longhorn Cafe. Americas Best Value 940-872-5426 charges $7 pet fee $55/1 person and $65/2 person. Best Western 940-872-9595 is the newest, charges $15 pet fee $89.99/1person and $99.99/2person and these last 2 motels are located on Hwy 287/59. Several places to eat in downtown Bowie,
