Following are a few reminders and updates for the 2018 show:
• Deadlines: The entry deadline for the Open Show is January 5, 2018. Late entries will be accepted between January 6 and February 1, 2018 with an additional late fee applied to each entry. No entries will be accepted after February 1st.
• Payment Options: Online entries MUST be paid before entries can be submitted; you can pay either by credit Card or e-check. Payment for paper entries will be accepted in the form of check, money order, or credit card. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment - no exceptions!
• W-9 Forms: W-9 Forms can be uploaded or filled out electronically through the online entry process. You will be prompted to upload these on the Online Entry Submittal Page. If submitting paper entries, W-9 Forms must accompany the entries.
• Companion Animals: Only animals entered in the Houston Livestock Show and RodeoTM are allowed on show grounds. All other animals, excluding cow-calf pairs, will be removed per show management.
• Release of Liability and Indemnity: Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreements MUST be signed by each exhibitor in the Open Show.
