  3. Ranch class. Two runs. $30 per run no pay back. We will schedule the ranch class after the entry’s are in so we know how best to accommodate. Tentatively plan to run at least one of them Monday after the open. Run the second the following day if not enough time to finish both Monday.Dates are 9,10,11,12 of February, 2019
  4. Three opens, two nursery and two open ranch.  Opens first three days then nursery and open ranch fourth day.
  5. Fees:  75.00 open fees payback after expenses. 
               $30.00  nursery and open ranch entry fee. No payback
  6. Hold out in the open should be limited to sanction fees.
  7. All classes may be limited
  8. All classes may be limited. 2 dogs per handler/per class.
  9. If over the limit we will determine entry by random draw
  10. Running order Draw will be done 15 days after books close. Checks will be deposited at this time.
  11. Any guaranteed entry refund must be done before the draw
  12. Books open December 1 close with a December 20 post mark.

  15. Canadian friends. Please do not send Canadian funds. Just send in your entry’s without funds and bring USA cash to the trial. We are operating on a strict budget and plan to pay out at the trial so processing the international checks isn’t going to work.
  16. Fresh sheep for each run the first day.
  17. I plan on setting the course to a national size in the open, then a smaller nursery course to accommodate the beginning of the year dogs.
  18. Please don’t park too close around the tractor shed. We plan on having a meal or two there.
  19. Judge to be determined
  20. USBCHA and TSDA anctioned.  Payout not by TSDA guidelines

Trial is located at the gun club, off the south service road east of town on IH 10.  "At I10 exit 261, get on south service road going east (away from town). Travel about 1 mile to GUN CLUB entry, it is a cattle guard.  Trial site is 300 yds or so into the gun club property.
