List of Safety Protocols
The trial as a Covid-19 safety protocol requests that all handlers:
1. Request all handler’s to familiarize themselves with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) guidelines regarding COVID-19.
2. Request all handler’s to familiarize themselves with Greg Abbot, Governor of Texas Executive Order GA 38 (“Executive Order 38”) relating to the use of face coverings during the COVID-19 disaster.
3. Request that handler’s abide by CDC Guidelines and Executive Order 38

All entries on October 4,5 & 6 will be considered the same and will be prioritized first should Open and OR fill and a draw and waitlist needed. All online entries must be postmarked within 7 days after entry is submitted.
• Classes • 2 trials/3days/2 entry fees – Open, OR, Nursery, Ranch, Novice
• Handlers' Meeting: - 7:45 am. Handlers' meeting immediately before each class starts.
* Payout will be according to TSDA guidelines.
• Checks will be cashed on October 29, 2021
****Entries will be closed when and if 60 runs (O and OR, combined) are reached. TRIAL WILL CLOSE WHEN FILLS!!

• Open Outrun: 400 yards. Trial field will be the same as last year.
• Stock: fine wool ewes (same flock as last year); sheep replacement fee, $300

• • Friday: Open1, OR1
• • Saturday: Open2, OR2
• • Sunday: Nursery1, Nursery2, Ranch 1, Novice 1; Ranch 2, Novice 2. Ranch1 will begin immediately after the Nursery classes have been completed, but not before 10:00.
• Nursery class will require at least five entries to run.
• Lunch will be served this year.
• RV Parking (no hook-ups). Park on the RIGHT side of the road.
